Job Summary and Objective In this exciting role, you will interact with business customers via phone and email to assist with their wireless products and services, acting as a liaison between customers, business representatives, and arenaflex support paths to resolve credit, customer service, and billing concerns. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues while promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities Confer with businesses by telephone and email to provide information about products and services, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain accurate records of business interactions or transactions with assigned B2B representatives, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Process service requests through appropriate arenaflex channels to facilitate timely reconciliation, ensuring correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved on all requests. Conduct account analysis and reviews, preparing proposals and presenting solutions to businesses to enhance their experience with arenaflex's services. Follow up with businesses to document their experience with service, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement. Contact businesses to align with arenaflex's B2B representatives for optimal care, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Daily use of Word, Excel, Salesforce, and spreadsheets, with extensive and accurate typing required to maintain high-quality records and reports. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent experience required, with a strong foundation in customer service, sales, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications. Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales preferred, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints. Experience with customer service over the phone preferred, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in the wireless industry or a related field, with knowledge of wireless products and services. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
