As a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers across the U.S., providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with a range of complex inquiries, including financial, 401K, and investment questions, providing clear and concise solutions to ensure first-call resolution. Play a key role in helping customers make informed decisions about their financial needs, utilizing your knowledge and expertise to provide personalized support and guidance. Collaborate with the team to achieve daily goals and objectives, participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. Support customers in making changes to their life insurance or retirement plans, providing expert guidance and advice to help them navigate these important decisions. Utilize technology to enhance conversations with customers, providing detailed and complete solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Required Skills and Knowledge To succeed as a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike. You should be proficient in computers and common office software, with a strong understanding of general aspects of plan/contract and the ability to utilize technology to enhance customer conversations. Additionally, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease. Education and Experience Associate's degree required, with a bachelor's degree highly preferred. One year of experience in customer service or sales-related occupations, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer support and guidance. Benefits and Compensation As a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $21.00, with a regular 8-hour shift between 8AM and 9PM, Monday through Friday. You may also be required to work a Saturday shift between 6AM and 4PM. In addition to your hourly rate, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, and a dental reimbursement.
