As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating with our borrowers, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering results, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate (Spanish), your responsibilities will include: * Providing customer service regarding issues in a fast-paced call center environment * Opening clients' complaints and resolving customer disputes * Deescalating customer issues and escalating to appropriate manager if needed * Meeting defined department goals and activity metrics * Daily/weekly reporting to direct supervisor * Providing pay-off quotes to dealers and customers * Providing written account information as requested by customers * Answering inbound phone calls as needed * Handling transfer of ownership **Career Development Rotation** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
