Essential Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to submit to a background check and drug test. Must be able to work a full-time schedule, including 10:15am to 7:15pm, any day of the week. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease. Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in clear and concise terms.
