Job Overview As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience within the commercial energy business. Your primary focus will be on providing prompt and accurate processing of energy efficiency applications, as well as offering overall customer service in a specialized and technical environment. You will be working with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about energy efficiency customer support and are committed to leveraging state-of-the-art call center technology, online web chat, and efficient business processes to provide best-in-class customer and client support. Key Responsibilities Engage in non-scripted customer interactions via phone, email, and software chat application to provide exceptional customer service and support Conduct professional outreach to customers and program participants to address their inquiries and concerns Review and assist customers with energy application inquiries and program questions to ensure timely and accurate resolution Perform administrative duties as assigned to support the team and ensure seamless operations Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of professional work experience in a customer-facing role 2+ years of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and other programs within the MS Office Suite Ability to pass a background check In addition to these minimum qualifications, we would like you to have: Previous business processing or back-office experience, preferably in a customer service or energy-related field Ability to accurately process applications within a highly repetitive processing environment Previous sales or customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Computer skills, including data entry with a high degree of accuracy and speed, and database navigation Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to display a high energy level, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for the program while working with team members, customers, and other program participants Experience working with program participants ranging from homeowners to contractors to troubleshoot application requirements and provide support Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, define, and resolve problems in a timely manner Ability to work independently and with others, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration Ability to type 45 to 50 wpm, with a high degree of accuracy and speed Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Superior interpersonal skills, including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude Ability to be flexible and handle multiple priorities, with a willingness to work limited overtime as necessary Able to sit for prolonged periods of time, with the ability to work in a sedentary environment Takes pride in own ability to positively make a difference in the lives of program participants, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty Desire and ability to quickly learn about the energy business, with a willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills and knowledge Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
