Our Products blithequark Pago is a financing solution that enables our affiliated businesses to offer their products and services in monthly or bi-monthly payments for up to 24 months, with amounts reaching up to 200,000 MXN. This product has been instrumental in helping our customers achieve their financial goals and has contributed significantly to the growth of our partner businesses. blithequark Cash is a personal credit product that our customers can access once they have paid a portion of their first loan. The process is straightforward, and with just a few clicks, our customers can receive a loan of up to 200,000 MXN directly into their bank account. This product has been designed to provide our customers with quick and easy access to cash when they need it most. About the Position As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests. Your role will be to provide exceptional and empathetic service, understanding customer requests, and offering efficient solutions and clear responses. You will work collaboratively with other teams to find the best solutions and ensure an outstanding customer experience. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide immediate support to customer requests via written channels, such as chat, email, web widget, or phone calls, including general inquiries, questions about creating a request, cancellations, and more. Offer support to internal team requests through the company's communication channels. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Requirements 8+ months of experience in customer service, managing various written communication channels and phone calls. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant change. Impeccable spelling, grammar, and writing skills, with the ability to write formally and informally, adapting to the company's tone. Highly motivated team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
