Utilize our systems and tools, including DE, to procure needed program details and answer callers' questions in accordance with program guidelines. Maintain call talk times while applying all file facts, following the details of required call scripts, and processing incoming Level 1 documents. Process incoming documents and maintain quality performance in processing, ensuring that all processing and call goals are met. The role involves primarily sedentary work in a general office environment, requiring the ability to communicate and exchange information, comprehend and interpret documents and data, and use a computer, telephone, and double monitors. Minimum Education and Work Experience To be considered for this role, you must have a High School Diploma or GED, with additional education preferred.
