Job Overview As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and delivering excellent customer service to patients concerning prior authorizations, level of care determinations, PASRR placement screenings, or personal care service intake. Your primary goal will be to ensure successful outcomes and/or resolutions, adhering to our quality program guidelines and security procedures. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone lines and provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and queries in a professional and empathetic manner. Follow guidelines dictated in our quality program for each call, ensuring that all interactions meet the highest standards of quality and security. Utilize our systems and tools, including DE, to procure needed program details and answer callers' questions in accordance with program guidelines. Ensure that correct information is communicated in each interaction, maintaining the integrity of our services and upholding the trust of our patients. Maintain call talk times while applying all file facts, following the details of required call scripts, and processing incoming Level 1 documents. Process incoming documents and maintain quality performance in processing, ensuring that all processing and call goals are met. Work Conditions and Physical Demands This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. The role involves primarily sedentary work in a general office environment, requiring the ability to communicate and exchange information, comprehend and interpret documents and data, and use a computer, telephone, and double monitors. You may be required to work extended hours based on special business needs, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to delivering exceptional results. Minimum Education and Work Experience To be considered for this role, you must have a High School Diploma or GED, with additional education preferred. We require a minimum of 2+ years of call center experience, demonstrating customer service skills and the ability to function between two departments, handling incoming calls. If you have a strong background in customer service, particularly in retail or restaurant settings, and are interested in transitioning to a call center role, we encourage you to apply. Additional Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of call center experience, with a strong foundation in customer service and a willingness to learn and grow.
