Your Role As a valued member of our team, your key responsibilities will include: Meeting company sales goals by promoting our services, selling our products, and generating prospects for the branch Customizing financial solutions that meet clients' needs and financial goals Applying all available collection procedures and payment alternatives to minimize delinquency and credit losses Providing exceptional customer service, resolving client grievances, and ensuring client satisfaction Working collaboratively with the team to achieve branch goals and objectives General Requirements Our ideal candidate will have: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail, sales, or financial services Experience in sales and collections preferred Service-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills Numeric data skills and accuracy with computer (typing speed 40 wpm minimum) Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth and development Open to receiving constant feedback and willing to become an expert on credit business High School diploma or College preferred Essential Qualifications In addition to the general requirements, the successful candidate will: Possess excellent time management and organizational skills Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Have a strong understanding of financial services and lending products Be able to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment Knowledge of financial services and lending products Experience with collections and payment alternatives Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth and development Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
