Our team is made up of talented individuals who share our passion for making a difference, and we're looking for like-minded professionals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** We're seeking a Bilingual Entry Level Customer Service Representative to work remotely and respond to incoming contacts from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, documenting consumer complaints into a secure database, and providing educational materials and referrals to help resolve identity theft and consumer fraud issues. **Primary Responsibilities** - Respond to inbound calls from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and informative - Document consumer data into our secure web application, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records - Provide education and guidance related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive support to consumers **Minimum Required Qualifications** - High School Diploma or GED Equivalent - Excellent computer and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner - Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, which may take anywhere from 7-60 days to complete - Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken), with additional compensation considered for those who pass the bilingual assessment **Desired Qualifications** - Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Customer service experience, with a strong understanding of federal laws and regulations - General knowledge of federal law, with a focus on identity theft resolution and consumer fraud prevention - Professional resume that includes contact information, as well as the contact information of previous employers **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you have a stable internet connection.
