You'll work closely with our team to ensure timely resolution of issues, provide accurate information, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle 50+ calls per day via inbound calls or on an auto-dialer, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and concerns * Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner * De-escalate situations, offering patient assistance and support to resolve disputes and issues * Assist customers by scheduling payment arrangements, providing clear guidance and support throughout the process * Multi-task with the use of relative websites and our in-house system, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow * Work flexible schedules, including weekends and late hours, to meet the needs of our customers and business operations * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices **Training Schedule** Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. The training schedule is as follows: * Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm * 100% attendance is mandatory during the training period **Work Shift** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll work a combination of day and evening shifts, including: * 3 days: 9am – 5pm * 2 days: 12pm – 8pm **Essential Qualifications** * Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and late hours * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Proficiency in using relative websites and in-house systems * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a healthcare or government-related industry * Familiarity with payment processing and customer service software * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in using relative websites and in-house systems * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and knowledge.
