This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle 50+ calls per day via inbound calls or on an auto-dialer, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and concerns * Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner * De-escalate situations, offering patient assistance and support to resolve disputes and issues * Assist customers by scheduling payment arrangements, providing clear guidance and support throughout the process * Multi-task with the use of relative websites and our in-house system, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow * Work flexible schedules, including weekends and late hours, to meet the needs of our customers and business operations * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices **Training Schedule** Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
