As a customer-facing representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our members. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Phone/Chat Agent to join our U.S. Member Service Center team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members via phone and chat, resolving complex issues, and advocating for their needs. If you're a customer service enthusiast with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for building strong relationships, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Phone/Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Answering a high volume of incoming phone calls and/or member-facing chats to provide information regarding arenaflex.com, research member's online issues, and assist with website navigation. * Determining member needs and providing appropriate solutions, including answering general arenaflex.com/product questions and researching complex situations regarding online orders, tracking, and deliveries. * Considering and offering compensations as necessary. * Operating as the liaison between arenaflex.com customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff. * Using multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats. * Utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve order/product/delivery issues. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED. * Previous customer service experience (preferably in a call center or retail environment). * Ecommerce Member Service Agent Certification after completion of a 14-day training course. * Strong customer service skills, including excellent communication, professional business writing, and typing proficiency (minimum 30 wpm). * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following skills and qualifications will make you a strong candidate: * Strong background in customer service, including excellent communication skills, prompt friendly service, and excellent follow-through. * Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to take ownership and solve problems. * Ability to demonstrate learning and decision-making skills. * Strong time management skills. * Bilingual capabilities (a plus). **arenaflex Culture and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work environment that values our employees' contributions and well-being.
