Our team of bold thinkers and passionate individuals shares a common goal: to bring affordable, quality insurance to people across the country. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll report to a Customer Service Manager and participate in required training activities to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to auto policy-related inquiries from agents, agency staff, operations, and customers. You'll focus on providing outstanding customer service while working diligently to meet customer needs, striving to resolve issues on the first call with minimal effort required from the customer.
