About the Role In this critical role, you will be responsible for assisting consumers with their Medicaid accounts, providing accurate and consistent information, and delivering exceptional customer service and support. As a bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, and we encourage candidates with Portuguese and Creole language skills to apply. Key Responsibilities Assist individuals and families in gaining access to healthcare services, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the process Provide accurate and consistent information to clients, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of their Medicaid accounts and available healthcare options Deliver high-quality customer service and support, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner Maintain confidentiality of personal health information, adhering to strict data protection protocols and ensuring the security of sensitive client data Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to be a customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people. You should have strong PC proficiency, with a willingness to learn new applications and technologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
