This is a full-time remote opportunity, requiring a strong internet connection and a dedicated workspace. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to routine inquiries, and escalating complex issues as needed * Research and analyze incoming inquiries, using relevant systems and reference materials to effectively resolve issues * Elevate sensitive customer requests when necessary for appropriate handling * Make outgoing calls to obtain information not readily available and conduct thorough research * Stay updated on company, industry, and regulatory changes, using service contacts as opportunities for business conservation and expansion * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, share knowledge, and improve processes * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly wage: $18.72, plus annual bonus opportunity * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match * Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year * Regular associates receive 3 paid holidays for the rest of 2024 * Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time.
