You'll be responsible for managing large volumes of inbound calls, making consistent outbound calls, and utilizing our cutting-edge tools to document customer interactions. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and adhering to our company policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage large amounts of inbound calls and make consistent outbound calls to achieve sales targets and call handling quotas * Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences * Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service **Essential Qualifications** * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative * Track record of over-achieving quota and meeting sales targets * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Proficient in typing and computer skills, including familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office * Flexibility with scheduling and work hours * Minimum of one year of previous high-volume call center experience * Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required * Experience in both inbound and outbound environments **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with an automatic dialer * Computer literate and comfortable with new software * Pleasant phone demeanor and a strong sense of integrity * Solution-Oriented CSR with a dedication to quality and a commitment to delivering unforgettable customer experiences * Driven by success and a desire to innovate and push themselves and their team to be the best in the industry **Work-from-Home Requirements** * PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible) * Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (Ethernet cable) * USB-connected Headset * Webcam * A quiet, dedicated place to work free from distractions, including pets and children **Equal Opportunity Employer** blithequark is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
