Additionally, blithequark offers a range of free learning and development programs designed to help you achieve your career goals. **Key Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will: * Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language * Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues * Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases * Maintain a deep understanding of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices * Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred * Offer additional products and/or services * Deliver expert customer experiences... with a smile **Essential Qualifications** Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will bring value and success to every interaction with our customers.
