Your Role: Key Responsibilities Meet company sales goals by promoting our products and services, and generating new business leads to drive growth and expansion Customize financial solutions that meet clients' needs and financial goals, providing personalized support and guidance Apply effective collection procedures and payment alternatives to minimize delinquency and credit losses, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues Build strong relationships with clients, resolving customer grievances and providing exceptional customer service Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement General Requirements: Our Ideal Candidate We're looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented individual with a strong passion for customer service and financial services.
