Essential Qualifications 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing systems and processes.
