About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to join our team at our North Lauderdale, Florida location. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include: Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Providing excellent customer service through active listening, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused Appropriately communicating with customers, providing clear and concise information, and ensuring that customer expectations are managed Qualifications We are looking for fearless and talented individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
