Access and update customer accounts using Sonar CRM, and employ networking tools for support to resolve complex technical issues. Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed, collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting and ensuring prompt resolution. Participate in quality assurance activities to improve customer service, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages. At least 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support.
