Key Responsibilities Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services Meet sales objectives as defined by the company Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English At least 6 months of customer service experience High school graduate or GED equivalent Ability to type 25 words per minute Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems Proven oral and written communication skills Logical problem-solving skills and ability to stay composed and objective Strong listening and negotiating skills Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: 6 months of call center experience 6 months of sales experience Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements: Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms Proof of internet speed required Clean and quiet workspace Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
