Job Overview In this critical role, you will engage directly with our clients to review the performance of their media investments, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and develop strategic plans to achieve their business objectives. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to formulate media strategies, develop test and learn plans, and provide actionable insights to inform future media investments. As a subject matter expert in media performance reporting, you will synthesize complex data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations, delivering these insights to both internal leadership and external vendor-partners. Key Responsibilities Develop annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported, ensuring alignment with client objectives and arenaflex's overall strategy Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive business growth Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing guidance and support to internal partners and external clients and agencies Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments, delivering these insights to internal leadership and external vendor-partners Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights Tell data stories that support key deliverables, such as sales pitches and case studies, to drive business growth and client engagement Oversee omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights from multiple sources to support client-facing teams, including sales and account management Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to the arenaflex Insights team and the broader retail media business, highlighting the state of our customers and informing strategic decision-making Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong educational foundation in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative. You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics. Your expertise will include analytical, decision-making, and project management skills, as well as the ability to tell compelling stories with data and present complex insights in a clear and concise manner. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, Applied Quantitative) 5 years of experience in insights and analytics 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way Experience with A/B testing and experimental design Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Sequel, or similar tools Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Master's in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA) Proven experience leading teams and driving business impact Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment Working knowledge of analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.) Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this role is $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
