As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing expert support to our clients. **Key Responsibilities** As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing expert support to clients using bookkeeping and accounting software, including QuickBooks Online and comparable solutions * Assisting clients with questions related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting * Demonstrating a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, and reconciliation * Delivering high-quality customer service over the phone, via email, or through other communication channels * Cross-selling relevant products and services to clients while addressing their concerns * Taking ownership of customer issues and providing confident resolution * Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless support and exceptional client satisfaction **Why Join arenaflex?** * **Flexibility**: Work from home and create your own schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. * **Variety**: Gain experience in different industries and expand your skillset while providing exceptional customer service. * **Supportive Environment**: Our team is dedicated to helping you succeed, so you can focus on delivering top-notch service to our clients. * **Competitive Earnings**: Earn up to $20.40 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes. **Requirements** * **Proficiency in Bookkeeping and Accounting Software**: QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software experience is required. * **Bookkeeping/Accounting Expertise**: Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, and reconciliation. * **Customer Service Experience**: Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone, via email, or through other communication channels. * **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using computers and software, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications. * **Communication Skills**: Friendly tone and professional demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * **Work Environment**: Quiet, uninterrupted space and an organized desk area. * **Technology Requirements**: Personal computer (no tablet), broadband internet connection (at least 10 Mbps download speed), wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet), Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date, and a wired USB headset with microphone. **Important Information** * **Contractual Relationship**: The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. * **Location**: Must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA.
