Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Supervisor to lead a team responsible for analyzing data and processes to gain insights that improve the operations of our global contact center support business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative analysis, excellent business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex ideas and results clearly. As a Business Analysis Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving a team to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to drive efficiency and build greater experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of analysts to analyze data and processes to gain insights that improve the operations of our global contact center support business Drive cost-saving measures and organizational improvements while delivering top-tier customer service experiences Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our customer support operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities to drive efficiency and build greater experiences for our customers Communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, concise, and actionable way to senior management Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement Essential Qualifications BA/BS in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or a related field 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in quantitative analysis and business acumen Proven experience with SQL and Tableau, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex data systems Advanced level proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear and compelling presentations and reports Experience with Python is a plus, as well as knowledge of arenaflex's products and services Preferred Qualifications MBA/MS or advanced degree in a related field 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in business acumen and leadership Proven experience in leading teams and driving results through the development of individual contributors Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and results clearly and concisely A strong sense of curiosity that drives you to ask probing questions and challenge legacy processes – all in the point of improving our customer support business Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of technical, business, and leadership skills.
