As an Analyst, you will directly influence blithequark's dynamic pricing and product planning capabilities to manage the delicate tradeoff between short and long-term profit, while working cross-functionally to impact product selection, marketing, operations, and sales drives. Marketing Strategy and Analysis Our Marketing team drives growth for blithequark on each major advertising platform. As an Analyst, you will own a specific channel (e.g. Search, Display, Email, Social Media, TV/Online Video, etc.) from start to finish. You'll be tasked with managing a significant budget, assisting with driving ad tech development, and formulating new testing strategies to grow the business. Talent Analysis and Compensation blithequark believes that its people are its greatest asset and biggest differentiator - and this team focuses on delivering on that promise through data and analysis. As a colleague, you will work closely with blithequark's senior leadership to influence compensation strategy and improve the candidate and employee experience. You will test hypotheses, build and improve models, present to business leaders, upgrade data systems, and lead market studies aimed at enhancing the employee experience at blithequark. Operations blithequark's Operations organization is transforming the customer experience through the development of a proprietary logistics network and streamlining platform that manages inventory from overseas factories to customers' front doors. As an Analyst, you'll develop and execute strategies that generate competitive advantage for blithequark, and the results of your findings will improve the daily efficiency of a complex and sophisticated global supply chain.
