Marketing Strategy and Analysis Our Marketing team drives growth for arenaflex on each major advertising platform. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with this team to develop and implement marketing strategies, analyze customer behavior, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive business results. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our Talent Analysis and Compensation team to develop and implement data-driven approaches to inform compensation strategies, improve the employee experience, and drive business growth. Operations and Logistics Our Operations and Logistics team is transforming the customer experience through the development of a proprietary logistics network and streamlining platform. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with this team to develop and implement data-driven analyses, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
