Job Overview The Business Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support to various departments, including Sales, Field Operations, Product Development, Finance, and Marketing. Key Responsibilities Pre- and post-analysis of customer programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to inform business decisions Investigate the performance of different pilot projects using a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing) Maintain and update required tools and models based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify opportunities or gaps that the business needs to address Support the design and development of arenaflex tools to improve financial targets and enhance value chain capabilities Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and create executive summaries Perform other related and assigned duties Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with an emphasis on analysis, modeling, or forecasting Management Consulting or Engineering experience is highly preferred Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities Strong data education and information perception via Tableau or Microsoft Power BI Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support various stakeholders Strong change management skills Able to work independently with strong accountability Can demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth in overall system benefit Commitment to continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL Statistical analysis using R or a similar tool Knowledge of Edge Miner (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools Knowledge of SharePoint Operational understanding of selling, distribution, warehouse, production processes Project management or consulting experience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
