Key Responsibilities Provide coaching and guidance to HVAC and plumbing contractors to help them develop effective methods and operational tools for improving their businesses and increasing profits. Analyze challenges and identify opportunities for growth, helping business leaders overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Develop and implement long-term plans with clients, stressing the importance of follow-through and accountability. Identify talented candidates within client organizations and offer guidance on developing them into leaders. Work directly with business leaders to improve their lives and businesses, making a positive impact on their overall well-being. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in coaching, training, teaching, or consulting personnel. 1+ year of leadership experience, demonstrating ability to lead and manage teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
