Job Overview: Certified Physical Therapist Assistant Location: San Antonio, TX (Remote work options available) Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: Competitive salary Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences As a certified physical therapist assistant at StretchLab, you'll play a crucial role in delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and leading guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering personalized stretch sessions tailored to each client's needs and goals Encouraging and motivating clients throughout their stretching journey Building and maintaining a strong StretchLab membership base, ensuring high client retention rates Ensuring client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab's policies and safety rules Participating in staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends Addressing member concerns and providing exceptional customer service Collaborating with sales associates and the General Manager on studio tours, offsite events, and sales initiatives as needed Maintaining a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention Ensuring all equipment is clean and well-maintained, ready for client use at all times Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate We're looking for certified physical therapist assistants who share our passion for stretching, flexibility, and mobility. To be considered, you'll need: A background as a Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT aid), Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fitness or health environment, providing hands-on training to clients A love for boutique fitness environments and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies Availability to complete our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials, 2 days of in-person training, and 20 hours of practice What We Offer: Career Growth and a Supportive Community At StretchLab, we're committed to your success and well-being.
