Our mission is to provide an omnichannel experience that meets the needs of our customers and patients, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and quality products. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, while also performing data entry tasks and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time remote position that requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers via phone, email, and chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner. * Perform data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our systems, processing prescriptions, and handling top-off orders. * Investigate and resolve missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes). * Settle all data entry-related exceptions and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed. * Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. * Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities. * Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas, and identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as needed. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Essential level computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online. * Essential web browsing skills, including opening a program, composing URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing records. * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing records. * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals. * Comprehensive training program to ensure your success in the role. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company. * A positive and supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service role at blithequark.
