With over 9,000 retail stores across the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, arenaflex is proud to be a local healthcare leader serving nearly 10 million customers every day. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for: * Handling high-volume client requests and providing exceptional customer service * Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems * Investigating missing prescription data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) * Resolving data entry-related issues and escalating to senior-level staff as needed * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely * Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and messaging platforms * Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines * Acquiring a dynamic pharmacy technician certification or accreditation within the first 90 days of employment **Work Environment and Culture:** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being of our employees.
