Your responsibilities will include: Assisting nurses and healthcare team members in providing high-quality care in a fast-paced Med-Surg setting Taking vital signs, monitoring patient conditions, and reporting any changes to the nursing staff Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding patients Supporting patient mobility and transfers while maintaining proper body mechanics Accurately documenting patient information and maintaining medical records Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care Please note that specific responsibilities may vary at the discretion of the facility.
