The Role: Cycle Instructor As a Cycle Instructor at Crunch Fitness, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our group fitness program. You'll work with members of all fitness levels, coaching them through high-energy workouts that are both fun and challenging. Your passion, expertise, and infectious energy will help to create a motivating atmosphere that keeps our members coming back for more. Key Responsibilities: Coach members through high-energy, scientifically sound Cycle classes that cater to diverse fitness levels Instruct safe and effective exercise classes, ensuring that all members feel supported and challenged Follow all instructor sign-in and sign-out procedures, as well as policies, procedures, and standards Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with our mission statement Facilitate member requests or forward to a manager, providing exceptional customer service Maintain a professional disposition at all times, both in and out of class Come prepared with workout and/or choreography and playlists ready to go before class Arrive early to chat with members and prepare the workout area/equipment Tidy the workout area after class, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all members Help promote in-club sales and events, contributing to the overall success of the gym Essential Qualifications: Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification and/or group fitness certification (AFAA, NASM, ISSA, etc.) CPR/AED Certification Cycle Certification (including but not limited to Schwinn) Outgoing, high-energy personality that's passionate about fitness Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances Preferred Qualifications: Teaching/coaching experience in a group fitness setting Personal training experience as a client or trainer Previous experience working with diverse fitness levels and populations What We Offer: Compensation, Benefits, and Perks At Crunch Fitness, we believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication.
