**Experienced Chat Moderator – Remote Community Management and Moderation Specialist**

This will involve: * Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and adhere to our community guidelines * Deleting messages that violate our rules, including but not limited to: + Hate speech or discriminatory language + Spam or self-promotion + Harassment or bullying + Inappropriate content or links * Banning users who repeatedly violate our rules, after thorough investigation and warning * Muting users who have violated our rules, to prevent further disruption * Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking appropriate action * Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies * Providing excellent customer service and support to our members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies and procedures, and ensuring that all moderation actions are in line with our community values **Pay and Benefits:** As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $12.50, paid weekly from Monday to Sunday.
