Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities * Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. * Provide detailed information about our dealer clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing. * Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and dealerships. * Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our dealer clients to generate revenue from their website traffic. * Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences. * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the automotive and recreational vehicle industries. ### Qualifications * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
