As a member of our Support Team, you'll be at the forefront of this revolution, working closely with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals to support them in their critical purchasing decisions and processes. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos * Providing exceptional customer support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a positive and delightful day-to-day experience for every user * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help evolve our platform and improve user experience * Answering intercoms and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a patient and compassionate manner * Working closely with our community of veterinary professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored support **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience * 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required * Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations * Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities * A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed * A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a tech or start-up environment is a plus, but not required * Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms is strongly preferred **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and technologies * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, with experience in chat support and troubleshooting **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
