Job Overview As the Chat Support Supervisor at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in leading a team of dedicated chat support specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to physical therapists and patients. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving team performance, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining service excellence. You will be responsible for monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback, managing escalated issues, and overseeing special projects that contribute to the success of the department.
