Experienced Client Account Manager for Large Customer Sales in the Consumer Packaged Goods Vertical – Driving Marketing Success on the arenaflex Platform

This role will be based in Chicago, where you will work closely with our Client Partners to drive campaign success and deliver exceptional results for our clients. Job Overview As a Client Account Manager at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in collaborating with our Client Partners to meet and exceed our clients' marketing goals. You will be responsible for executing campaign launches from start to finish, delivering insightful optimizations, and providing ongoing management of internal account operations. Your expertise in the CPG vertical will enable you to educate brands and media agencies on the value proposition and best practices of the arenaflex platform, ultimately driving business growth and success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with Client Partners to develop and execute comprehensive media plans that meet clients' awareness and direct response objectives Execute campaign launches from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective delivery of campaigns Deliver insightful optimizations to agency and client partners, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making Manage internal account operations, including revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues, to ensure seamless campaign execution Educate brands and media agencies on the value proposition and best practices of the arenaflex platform, highlighting its unique capabilities and benefits Consult with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdles that may arise Recognize and represent client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that client feedback is incorporated into our product and service offerings Proactively and continually identify areas of improvement, leveraging data and industry trends to inform recommendations and drive growth Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in advertising sales and account management, with a focus on the CPG vertical. You should have a solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem, as well as experience working with digital measurement and tracking fundamentals. You should be comfortable analyzing data and evaluating identifiable factors to inform decision-making.
