About the Role As a Client Management Executive at Amex GBT, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for managing and supporting our online booking tools, profile management, and other related products, ensuring seamless integration with our clients' travel programs. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving business success through technical expertise and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Site Management: Manage online booking tool and profile tool sites globally, ensuring seamless integration with client travel programs. Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise to clients, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with client technical contacts, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and providing training and support as needed. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze transaction types, fulfillment processes, and reject reasons to identify opportunities for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including online fulfillment operations, online providers, and client technologies teams, to ensure seamless integration of tool changes and initiatives. Training and Development: Develop and conduct client seminars and training sessions, providing education and support on online tools and related products. Process Management: Manage processes for file downloads, uploads, and distribution for user additions, changes, and deletions in online booking tools and profile databases. Essential Qualifications Business Travel Industry Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of the business travel industry, including online booking tools, profile management, and related products. Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Concur OBT, CONNECT Portal, and SABRE GDS, with experience in supporting and managing online booking tools and related products. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide timely and professional support to clients. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients. Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Business Travel: Previous experience in the business travel industry, with a strong understanding of online booking tools, profile management, and related products. Technical Certifications: Technical certifications, such as Concur or SABRE, are highly desirable. Project Management Experience: Experience in managing projects and initiatives, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
