You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely resolutions and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. Issue Resolution: Identify, document, and resolve customer issues by offering effective solutions and recommendations. Collaborate with other departments to address complex inquiries and ensure a streamlined service experience. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management system. Analyze customer data to provide actionable insights and contribute to process improvements. Sales Support: Assist in upselling products and services that meet clients' needs, thereby contributing to business growth while ensuring the clients' best interests are prioritized. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement. Act on this feedback to enhance service delivery continuously. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and managers to develop and implement best practices in client service. Participate in team meetings, sharing new ideas and strategies to enhance client satisfaction. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Generate reports on client interactions and satisfaction metrics to inform management decisions. Essential Qualifications To thrive in this role, you'll need: Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a service-oriented or sales environment. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to quickly learn new software and tools as required.
