**Experienced Client Relationship Analyst – Data Entry & Customer Support**

We're seeking an experienced Client Relationship Analyst to join our team, and we're excited to offer a unique opportunity for a talented individual to make a meaningful contribution to our organization. **Job Synopsis:** As a Client Relationship Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be the single point of contact for our clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships through exceptional customer service, program surveys, and data analysis. You'll work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve issues, and provide expert guidance on 340B program development and implementation. Your primary goal will be to drive program productivity and streamline processes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain and reinforce client relationships by providing required services that address client issues and concerns * Serve as the knowledgeable authority to drive 340B program advancement opportunities * Claim ownership of the end-to-end process for any inquiries and issues, demonstrating exceptional skill and providing the highest level of service consistently * Utilize cross-functional support groups to request and interpret various data streams, and communicate business results and patterns that impact the client and their overall 340B program execution * Request client feedback and determine process improvement solutions and suggest system upgrades * Educate clients on reporting changes and guide them through the changes, examining client requirements to foster more effective reporting * Provide fundamental support necessary to clients for 340B reviews by providing a clarification of the data flow through various systems * Participate in the client's review cycle and provide support on-site or remotely * Maintain records of client interactions, documenting details, complaints, comments, and actions taken. Contact clients to answer questions or to inform them of investigation results and planned changes **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues and recommending and implementing solutions to resolve issues * Experience developing approaches to achieving objectives and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and identifying when escalating issues is necessary * Experience communicating both verbally (on the phone, one-on-one, and to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to various audiences (work team, group, organization management, and external clients) * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for service and assessing customer satisfaction * Experience developing and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences * Fundamental level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting text style and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, aligning text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, selecting an outline style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, rearranging, hiding, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing outline level, adding, centering, and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing outline view or running a slide show) * Fundamental level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and aligning text, selecting text style type and size, changing margins and section width, sorting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or printing capabilities) * Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of client/customer service experience or secondary school recognition and 2 years of client or record management experience * Experience working in a client or record management environment * Experience in the healthcare industry, including 340B, pharmacy, hospital, clinic, PBM **About arenaflex Benefits:** * Health coverage: Inclusion for medical, dental, and vision costs * Retirement Plans: 401(k) or other retirement savings plans * Paid Time: Vacation days, holidays, and sick leave * Employee Limits: Limits on items or services provided by the organization * Additional Security: Inclusion in case of an employee's passing * Educational Help: Support for employees pursuing further education * Health Initiatives: Drives to promote employee health and well-being * Career Advancement: Training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at arenaflex.
