You'll work closely with our field agents to facilitate new business opportunities and ensure seamless policy management. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Provide outstanding service to policyholders, addressing their questions and requests in a timely and professional manner * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers through effective communication and collaboration * Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Proactively solicit feedback from clients to understand their needs and preferences, recommending policy adjustments as necessary * Identify opportunities to increase or add coverage to policies, ensuring clients have adequate protection * Educate clients and brokers about loss prevention strategies, product features, and carrier underwriting recommendations * Maintain accurate client data in our agency management system and ImageRight system * Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness * Participate in various projects and initiatives to drive business growth and innovation **Qualifications** * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in an innovative environment * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and knowledge sharing * Interest in continuous learning and professional development * Ability to obtain a Property/Casualty Insurance Agent License within 2 months of employment * Ability to obtain a Certified Insurance Service Representative designation **Education and/or Experience** * High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred * Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry or agency relations * 2-4 years of industry experience in insurance or agency relations; equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered * In-progress Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation preferred **Computer Skills** * Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive training and support * Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid and remote options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for the insurance industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
