Key Responsibilities Support, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues in client software applications for clinical trials Document all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures Monitor team mailbox emails and document according to procedures Maintain confidentiality as appropriate at all times Adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A college degree preferred, with at least one year of applicable experience in customer service or a related field Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint Excellent written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level, with strong phone skills Ability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations Strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional support Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve complex issues Bilingual skills in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese are helpful but not required Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate should possess: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse clients and internal teams Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
