Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to members, providers, and internal stakeholders via phone, web, or written correspondence. Respond to complex inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Document and track interactions with members, providers, and plan supporters to ensure accurate record-keeping. Escalate critical issues to relevant staff members to ensure prompt resolution. Guide members through their benefit plans, blithequark policies, and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory standards. Understand member eligibility and specific limitations according to contract. Essential Qualifications Four-year certification or equivalent experience. Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced, trade-based environment (e.g., call center or retail setting). Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with members. Experience working in a production environment. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Availability to work second or third shift schedules.
