As a remote work opportunity, this role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of transportation. **Key Responsibilities** As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support throughout the collision repair process. Your responsibilities will include: * Scheduling and maintaining work schedules to ensure seamless communication with our internal body shop and authorized collision centers * Liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to ensure that all necessary information is shared and that repairs are completed efficiently * Preparing vehicles for arrival, including coordinating with rental companies and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order * Managing WARP and CCC systems to track vehicle arrival and repair status * Providing exceptional customer service and communication to ensure that customers are informed and satisfied throughout the repair process * Coordinating rental vehicles and ensuring a smooth handoff to customers * Updating vehicle status and repair information in our systems * Reordering materials and components as needed to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently * Conducting repair overviews and ensuring that vehicles are delivered to customers in a timely and satisfactory manner **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications: * A certificate from a vocational school in collision repair is preferred, but not required * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and provide clear guidance to customers and internal stakeholders * Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners * Microsoft Office experience is preferred, but not required * A willingness to teach and train others on collision repair processes and procedures * Comfort working in a collision repair environment, with the ability to navigate complex repair processes * Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with minimal supervision * Must be at least 18 years of age **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
