Here are just a few of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform: * **Provide Day-to-Day Customer Service**: You'll be the primary point of contact for our Transportation unit clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and support. * **Work Directly with Producers and Insurance Company Representatives**: You'll work closely with our Producers and Insurance Company representatives to service existing customers and resolve any issues that may arise. * **Issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto Insurance ID Cards**: You'll be responsible for issuing Certificates of Insurance and Auto Insurance ID Cards to our clients, ensuring that they have the documentation they need to stay compliant. * **Assist with Client Inquiries**: You'll be the go-to person for client inquiries regarding billing, policy changes, and vehicle or driver management.
