Key Responsibilities and Expectations As a Compliance Manager, Quality Assurance at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's adherence to GxP compliance and other applicable regulations and laws. Your expertise will be instrumental in hosting and supporting Sponsor audits and Regulatory inspections, as well as providing expert advice to internal and external clients. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, matrix-managing, developing, and implementing assigned audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Providing expert advice and guidance to internal and external clients on GxP compliance and regulatory matters Driving Parexel departments' and Project teams' Sponsor Audit and Regulatory Inspection preparation activities, and advising on remediations as needed Exhibiting a high degree of flexibility and initiative, with the ability to follow up on multiple tasks and projects Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with GxP regulations Conducting audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Staying up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends, and applying this knowledge to improve compliance and quality assurance processes Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: In-depth knowledge and experience of GxP compliance and other applicable regulations and laws Strong understanding of Parexel procedures and processes Proven experience in leading, matrix-managing, and developing teams Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements Relevant experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related field Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Advanced degree in a related field, such as law, science, or engineering Certification in quality assurance, compliance, or a related field Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies Fluency in multiple languages Experience with audit and inspection management software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
