We are looking for a UX Designer to join our team and help us improve the user experience of our new CRM, portfolio management systems, human capital technology and more!The OpportunityAs a UX Designer, you will be an essential contributor in creating engaging UX/UI solutions and concepts for all platforms. Using a customer-centered approach, you will help design and provide tangible artifacts that make the experience more accessible, efficient and usable. You will communicate the rationale behind your decision to other teams. You will implement UX best practices, trends and digital experiences for new and existing applications and websites. You will help create our next generation of digital products for our clients, prospects and employees and contribute to a growing UX practice model. You will report to the UX Lead who will aid in your training for this role and professional development for future growth opportunities.The Day-to-DayLead and facilitate design thinking workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative sessions to surface insights and align on vision and prioritiesDevelop and communicate experience strategies rooted in user needs, business objectives, and product goals—particularly for FinTech or Salesforce-based platformsTranslate ideas into clear, compelling concepts, flows, and high-fidelity designs that guide teamsChampion a user-centered approach throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery to deliveryWork cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and other designers to co-create solutions and maintain momentumPresent and defend design decisions to executive stakeholders using storytelling, data, and domain insightContribute to and help evolve design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across applicationsHelp shape the design culture by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and elevating the UX discipline within the organizationYour Qualifications7+ years of UX design experience, including substantial time spent in innovation, financial services, or enterprise B2B toolsExperience leading design thinking and experience strategy efforts in complex, regulated, or data-heavy domainsProven track record designing intuitive, elegant digital experiences that solve real user problems while delivering business impactExpertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and other industry-standard design and collaboration toolsStrong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, storytelling, and polished design executionExceptional facilitation and presentation skills—comfortable working with senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groupsInclusive mindset with a commitment to accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principlesCompensation$100,000 - $140,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
