About the Role: Content & Customer Experience Specialist We're seeking a motivated and innovative Content & Customer Experience Specialist to join our Intelligent Tech Exceptional Ventures team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering a pivotal new tool for both customers and sales staff, elevating the sales experience across Apple's global retail locations. Key Responsibilities Map out the customer journey and collaborate with program leaders to identify the best approaches to meeting goals. Orchestrate content from multiple sources, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience. Develop a style guide, maintain a library of all association content, and track performance to inform future content strategies. Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to drive innovation and improvement. Create compelling solutions with our IT and Product Supervisory teams to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners, preferably in a geo-diverse environment. Deep understanding of content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales. Profound knowledge of Apple products' features, benefits, and applications. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex client experience data into effective content strategies. Experience with content management tools, such as Adobe Experience Director. Adaptability, ability to navigate uncertainty, and a capacity to work in a highly matrixed environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong commitment to ethics, values, integrity, and trust. A proven track record of driving innovation and improvement through creative problem-solving. Knowledge of sales enablement strategies and best practices.
