With a focus on convenience, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we're committed to building a community that supports and empowers creatives. **Job Summary** As a Content & Repertoire Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in preparing music data for release with our record labels, music publishing, and other industry partners. You'll be responsible for inputting music data into our distribution sites, collecting and verifying metadata, and ensuring that all songs have accurate and complete information. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about music, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with adding credits for songs, including artist and songwriter credits * Transcribe, review, edit, and add lyrics to our music database * Assist in adding information needed for music publishing, including data entry for Harry Fox Agency and Performance Rights Society databases * Create, assign, and place ISRC codes for each song in the repertoire system * Place and review credits on preliminary and final album packaging artwork * Collaborate with our team to ensure accurate and timely data entry and processing **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in data entry, preferably in the music industry * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in data entry software and systems * Familiarity with music industry metadata and formatting standards **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with music publishing, record labels, or other music industry organizations * Knowledge of ISRC codes and music publishing processes * Familiarity with data management and distribution systems * Certification in data entry or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in data entry software and systems * Familiarity with music industry metadata and formatting standards **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
